Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager

Our client is a global company seeking to add a Project Manager to their financial and operational systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and financial systems technical background.

• Ideal candidates will have had experience with a global deployment of financial and operational systems.

Ideally this is a hybrid position with candidates living in or around the Greater Philadelphia Area and able to travel to the office on a need be basis.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of our ERP solutions, ensuring that projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
• Lead project team members, including consultants, developers, and analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined and understood.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet customer expectations.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project change control processes to ensure that project scope and budget are maintained.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Experience in leading enterprise-level ERP implementations.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of finance transformation and ERP solutions.
• Experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
• Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project and Jira.
