Job Details

  • Must have minimum 3-6 years of experience.
  • Experience with class/collective action.
  • Must be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
  • Must be experienced drafting and arguing motions.
  • Must be experienced taking and defending depositions.
  • Must have excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be admitted in IL.
  • The ideal candidate will have wage and hour litigation experience.
  • Employment law experience preferred.
