Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Millwright, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the successful operation of our manufacturing facilities. Your tasks will include:
1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment including pumps, blowers, agitators, and compressors.
2. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve any potential issues or malfunctions.
3. Performing precision alignments of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
4. Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
5. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations in the handling of machinery and equipment.
6. Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
7. Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Millwright in a related field.
2. Demonstrated expertise in handling machinery and equipment such as pumps, blowers, agitators, and compressors.
3. Proficiency in performing precision alignments of machinery and equipment.
4. Possession of a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
