Mission Critical Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Superintendent directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mission Critical Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of mission-critical facilities, including data centers, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of mission-critical facilities, including data centers, from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, ensuring that they are working together efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are kept within budget.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on mission-critical facilities and data centers.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
