Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Molecular Biologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience in developing stable cell lines for antibody expression, specifically working with Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells to engineer them to be high expressers of human monoclonal antibodies.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Molecular Biologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience in developing stable cell lines for antibody expression, specifically working with Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells to engineer them to be high expressers of human monoclonal antibodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize stable cell lines for antibody expression.
- Engineer CHO cells to enhance the expression of human monoclonal antibodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments and results.
- Proven experience in developing stable cell lines for antibody expression.
- Hands-on experience with CHO cells and engineering them for high expression of human monoclonal antibodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for biologics production.
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
