Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Permanent NDT Level III Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies in non-destructive testing (NDT). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing a variety of NDT procedures, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage NDT procedures and techniques to ensure the integrity of manufactured products.
• Perform regular inspections using non-destructive testing methods such as magnetic analysis.
• Interpret and evaluate results according to applicable standards, codes, or specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to Level I and II personnel.
• Conduct training and certification programs for NDT personnel.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Continually evaluate NDT equipment and techniques, recommending improvements or upgrades as necessary.
• Ensure calibration standards are met for all NDT equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current and valid NDT Level III certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-destructive testing in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with magnetic analysis and calibration standards.
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and supervise others.
• Proficiency with computer software and applications related to the job.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
