We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Permanent NDT Level III Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing a variety of NDT procedures, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage NDT procedures and techniques to ensure the integrity of manufactured products.
- Perform regular inspections using non-destructive testing methods such as magnetic analysis.
- Interpret and evaluate results according to applicable standards, codes, or specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to Level I and II personnel.
- Conduct training and certification programs for NDT personnel.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Continually evaluate NDT equipment and techniques, recommending improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Ensure calibration standards are met for all NDT equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid NDT Level III certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-destructive testing in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with magnetic analysis and calibration standards.
- Strong knowledge of NDT methods, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and supervise others.
- Proficiency with computer software and applications related to the job.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to continually update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
