Job Details

*LOCATION: BIRMINGHAM AL -- RELOCATION AVAILABLE

Travel: 1-3 days travel once a week or every other week. Travel will be regional. NO getting on planes. Company vehicle and credit card will be provided

PAY - DOE and Certification Levels:
NETA II -- $30 - $48($50) an Hour
NETA III -- $50 - $75 an Hour
NETA IV -- up to $90/ an Hour but I wouldn't say No to a skootch higher


Job Details:

We are seeking dynamic and highly skilled Level II, III, IV Field Service professionals to join our team. These permanent positions offer an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment where your expertise in Testing, Cabling, Power, Generators, Transformers, Circuits, Troubleshooting, Test, and Voltage will be highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex technical issues, providing high-level customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting regular system maintenance, including testing, cabling, power, and voltage.
2. Operating, testing, and troubleshooting generators and transformers.
3. Responding to service calls and resolving complex technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
4. Conducting circuit tests and identifying any potential issues or malfunctions.
5. Assisting with the installation and setup of new financial systems and equipment.
6. Providing high-level customer service and technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ensuring all financial systems are operating at optimal levels and meeting the needs of the business.
8. Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
9. Assisting with the training and development of junior team members.
10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience
2. Proven experience with Testing, Cabling, Power, Generators, Transformers, Circuits, Troubleshooting, Test, and Voltage.
