Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and hospital contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, affinity organizations, corporate employers, and healthcare insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients.
  • Utilize CRM and Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving new business growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience working with CRM and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of the health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
