Job Details

Position Overview:
As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading your unit’s 24-hour patient care delivery. This night shift leadership position offers the opportunity to develop professionally, build high-performing teams, and contribute to the hospital’s success.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead & Support – Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
✔ Ensure Operational Excellence – Partner with the Nurse Manager and support services to keep the unit running smoothly.
✔ Shape the Future of Pediatric Care – Engage in strategic discussions with hospital leadership and support education and research initiatives.
✔ Manage Resources & Budgets – Help maintain financial efficiency while ensuring quality patient care.

What You Bring:
🔹 RN License (Required)
🔹 BSN Degree
🔹 Clinical Pediatric Experience (Unit-specific experience is a plus!)
🔹 Strong Leadership & Relationship-Building Skills – Be a mentor, communicator, and advocate for excellence.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office & Epic (or similar EMR software).
