Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Nurse Manager, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare facility. These include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
2. Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve efficiency and enhance patient care.
4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to devise patient care plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
5. Managing staff schedules, allocating resources effectively to ensure optimal patient care.
6. Participating in hiring, training, and onboarding of new nursing staff.
7. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in nursing care.
8. Addressing any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
