Job Details
Clinic setting in Hartford M-F.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Provide routine health maintenance, including vaccinations and screenings.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay current with the latest developments in pediatric healthcare.
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner OR Family Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric experience
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
