Job Details
Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring quality nursing care and services.
- Report to the Director of Nursing and help in managing an efficient and caring team of licensed nurses and nursing assistants.
- Help certify that the quality of nursing care remains in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures and always remain in compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
