Job Details
While it’s a hybrid role that includes some basic AP/AR support, the real emphasis is on HR and office operations. You’ll be the go-to for onboarding/offboarding, benefits questions, payroll coordination, and general office management. They’re in the early stages of implementing a new ERP system and process, so if you’ve got experience with change management—or just a knack for getting things done—this is your chance to help shape the foundation.

HR / Office Management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; answer employee questions around benefits and policies
- Help prepare payroll (time entry validation, pay changes, per diems, etc.)
- Manage vehicle/fleet logistics—inspections, renewals, compliance
- Keep the office running—schedule meetings, order supplies, coordinate facilities vendors (cleaning, landscaping, maintenance)
- Handle COIs, driver coverage, and field safety docs—bonus points if you’ve managed this before
- Support creation of job descriptions, performance reviews, and HR processes to help the team grow into a mid-sized org
Accounting Support
- Basic AP/AR—invoice entry, light bookkeeping, data support as needed
Details:
- Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday (8–5pm with some flexibility)
- Compensation: $55K–$75K, depending on experience
- Confidentiality is critical—especially around payroll
