7 days on 7 days off on-call hospice nurse. 3 positions / territories available: Elkhart, Mishawaka, or Northern Indianapolis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-of-life care to patients and their families
• Respond to calls from patients and their families
• Administer medication and provide pain management
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about hospice care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the hospice team

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license
