We’re seeking a dedicated On-Site Paramedic to provide immediate medical care, injury assessment, and proactive health management at a construction site. Your role will be key in reducing lost work time, ensuring workers receive timely care, and promoting a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate emergency care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Assess injuries to determine if on-site treatment is sufficient or if additional care is needed.
- Coordinate with off-site local emergency centers and specialists as needed.
- Implement proactive injury management strategies to reduce unnecessary time off.
- Administer first aid, wound care, and basic medical treatments to keep employees healthy and working safely.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports for compliance and safety improvement.
- Educate workers on injury prevention, wellness, and first aid best practices.
- Collaborate and participate with safety teams to enhance workplace health protocols and emergency response plans.
- Perform drug & alcohol testing as required.
- Provide oversight and consultation under the guidance of the supervising physician.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Paramedic (State/National certification required).
- Certified ALS.
- Experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial/construction settings preferred.
- Strong decision-making skills to assess and treat injuries efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and proactively support a safety-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage workers on injury prevention.
