Job Details

What you will do:

Drive Voice of Customer (VOC) research to understand current state member experience, pain points, and unmet needs. Includes research activities such as analysis of surveys and operational metrics, member focus groups, frontline employee focus groups, etc.

Leverage insights to provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience via training opportunities, process improvements, product development, technology enhancements, etc.

Act as a liaison between the customer experience team and key partners/departments throughout the organization

Present meaningful insights in partnership with key stakeholders at Customer Experience Governance Committees and other various forums.

Research and stay up to date on latest member experience strategies to devise fresh approaches to uncover insights and actionable results

Manage day-to-day relationship and oversight of CX insights platform vendor.
