Operating Room Nurse Educator (Management Track)

Our expanding department is looking for a Nurse Educator in Albany, GA with acute care or med/surg background in OR, NICU, and ED.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for nurses in OR, NICU, and ED departments
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff nurses to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest medical practices and technologies
• Collaborate with nurse managers to identify areas of improvement in nursing practices and develop strategies to address them
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures for nursing practices in OR, NICU, and ED departments
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new nurses and nursing students
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes in OR, NICU, and ED departments
