Our organization is looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Permanent Operation Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations and project executions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the construction industry, with a particular focus on Hollow Metal Doors. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, leading the installation teams, and driving business performance. This opportunity requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction projects ensuring that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
2. Must be thorough experienced and knowledgeable with all products, pricing, installations, billing, and leading installation team
3. Oversee the sales and installation of Hollow Metal Doors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
4. Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to optimize business performance.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, safety, and environmental guidelines and standards.
6. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operational management
3. Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
4. Strong understanding of legal, safety, and policy guidelines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
