As Operations Assistant, you will perform a wide range of functions across multiple divisions by cultivating relationships with our employees, while performing day-to-day office and administrative tasks.

To be successful in this position you must be a team player and individual contributor. You need to be a critical thinker and understand how to prioritize tasks and be highly competent in communicating with your manager and the organization as a whole. Our operations team is small but mighty. This position is a key member of our team.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the Onboarding of new employees. Schedules all Onboarding and New Employee Orientation appointments. Responsible for quality control and timely processing of all hiring activities.
  • Assist with payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information and processing and submitting payroll. Create, maintain, and enter information into payroll systems including pay data sheet compilation.
  • Day to day benefits administration, including helping resolve employee questions/concerns.
  • Day to Day facilitation of office operations
o Greet and direct office visitors
o Manage paper or electronic filing systems
o Manage incoming and outgoing mail
o Order and maintain supplies
o Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel
o Maintain a clean and stocked breakroom and conference room area
Education and Experience
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience working with an ERP System preferred
  • Previous experience with data entry and analysis a plus
  • Typing speed above 40 WPM a plus
  • 3 years+ of related experience in an administrative/office environment

**This position is fulltime contract-to-hire. You will be eligible for full medical benefits during the contract period
