Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager (HVAC Service) will be responsible for the following:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring all operations are carried out in line with our standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HVAC service department.
3. Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to perform their duties effectively.
4. Liaise with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the HVAC service department, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
6. Manage the financial aspects of the HVAC service department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
7. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager (HVAC Service) position should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
2. Strong Background within leadership.
3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
