We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager for our Landscape Construction division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and execution of our landscaping projects. This position demands a dynamic individual who can liaise with clients, oversee project operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality landscaping services. With a strong focus on irrigation, maintenance, enhancements, contracts, landscaping, and commercial projects, the Operations Manager will lead our team to exceed client expectations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations of the Landscape Construction division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. Manage all aspects of landscape construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery.
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related issues and concerns.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
6. Supervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of landscaped areas, ensuring they remain aesthetically pleasing and functional.
8. Manage and coordinate the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
9. Monitor industry trends and advancements, incorporating innovative practices into our operations where appropriate.
10. Ensure all operations are compliant with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the landscape construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing all aspects of landscape construction projects, including irrigation, maintenance, enhancements, and contract negotiation.
3. Extensive knowledge of commercial landscaping practices and principles.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
5. Excellent client management skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
6. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
