We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in the Distribution industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role and must possess a strong skillset in Manhattan Scale, Continuous Improvement, 3PL, Fulfillment, and Shipping. As a permanent Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Operations Manager role in the Distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of Manhattan Scale, Continuous Improvement, 3PL, Fulfillment, and Shipping.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
