• Lead and develop the Production Managers across all shifts.
• Work with venders and suppliers on shipments and problem solving.
• Provide input on supply planning with optimization, SOP processes, and annual planning.
• Lead through LEAN manufacturing principles within NFW Production Systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience hiring, training, and developing a team
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification
• Experience in a semiconductor or circuit board manufacturing environment
