We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Ophthalmologist to join our dynamic and innovative team in the finance industry. This unique opportunity combines the medical field with the finance sector, offering a challenging and rewarding experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch eye care services to our clients while also contributing to our financial analysis and risk assessment processes. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a licensed Ophthalmologist with a specialization in cornea and retina.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive eye care services including eye examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of ocular diseases and conditions.
2. Utilize advanced medical techniques and instruments to diagnose and treat eye-related disorders and diseases.
3. Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide coordinated and integrated eye care services.
4. Contribute to financial risk assessment processes by providing medical insights and analysis related to eye health and vision.
5. Stay abreast of the latest developments in ophthalmology and finance to enhance service delivery and contribute to the organization's strategic planning.
6. Educate clients on preventive eye care and promote eye health awareness.
7. Participate in research studies and clinical trials related to ophthalmology and finance.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatments.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an ophthalmology residency program.
2. Board-certified and licensed to practice as an Ophthalmologist.
3. Experience in cornea and retina preferred, but not a must.
4. Exceptional clinical and surgical skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Proficiency in using advanced ophthalmic equipment and technology.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
8. Familiarity with the finance industry or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
10. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to medical ethics.
11. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
