Job Details

Qualifications – Needed:

  • At least five (5) years of combined field-based B2B sales and lens lab experience
  • Three (3) recent years in field-based B2B sales
  • Experience managing a sales territory with quotas in the optical industry
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Intermediate proficiency in PC, mobile tools (e.g. iPad), and MS Office
  • Demonstrated success in sales presentations and relationship-building
  • CRM system experience preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals within assigned territory
  • Educate and promote ABB Labs and stock lenses to existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Regional Sales Manager to maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct in-person sales visits and training on lens products and services
  • Strategically plan and manage territory through call schedules and CRM tools
  • Support new product launches through demos and targeted promotions
  • Analyze customer needs, resolve issues, and drive retention and growth
  • Track and communicate personal sales plans and metrics with Director of Lab Sales
