Our owner started this practice more than 30 years ago because he recognized that a certain group of people were being underserved by the optometric community. Older patients and other residents of long term care facilities were frequently ignored or exploited by practitioners who were in business for the wrong reasons. Too often, the needs being served were those of the practitioners or their joint venture partners, rather than the needs of the patients.

We are looking for highly motivated optometrists to fill one to five days per week. We work with facilities in many locations throughout the state of Wisconsin. Our ideal candidate would live in a convenient location to be able to service all facilities, but we are more than happy to consider candidates seeking part-time opportunities with more local options.

The Opportunity:

Working with many different facilities, our optometrists bring their expertise, along with portable, top of the line equipment, to provide care to their patients at each location. This position is unique and rewarding, both professionally and financially. Our physicians are proficient in refracting, diagnosing & treating ocular pathology, and possess a friendly, yet professional manner on-site in facilities.
