We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Permanent Outpatient Clinic Physical Therapist to join our team in the Medical industry. This position will provide the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, certified in needling, and have at least 2 years of experience in physical therapy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and career in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Outpatient Clinic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
2. Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
3. Providing therapeutic physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
4. Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching appropriate disease management techniques.
5. Documenting patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
6. Maintaining patient confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
7. Participating in professional development activities and maintaining professional affiliations.
8. Adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration, and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies available for treating patients.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of employment.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
3. Certification in needling.
4. Excellent patient care and communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
7. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.
8. A strong commitment to the ethical and professional standards set forth by the company and industry.
