• Permanent position
• No weekends required
• Will provide training in the medical industry

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor infusion therapies to patients in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform assessments, including vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care techniques
• Ensure the safe handling and administration of medications and infusion equipment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions and report any concerns to the healthcare team
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during their infusion therapy sessions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

• Valid and current registered nurse (RN) license
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in the medical industry
