Outpatient Sports Medicine Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy
