Outside Sales Representative - Medical Device

With a corporate mission of helping surgeons treat their patients better, we have pioneered the field of arthroscopy and developed more than 7,500 innovative products and surgical procedures to advance minimally invasive orthopedics worldwide.

We are growing and looking for an Outside Sales / Business Development Representative to join our team! The position will work closely with the Product Manager rand Corporate team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing new business across Bend, OR territory.
• Foster and blossom existing relationships and accounts.
• Work directly with the leadership team to attain market share.
• Determine areas and strategies for profitable business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to deliver the best service to customers.
• Meets/exceeds sales targets on an ongoing basis.
• Understand the needs of consumers and deliver value based on company services.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure the process is documented from A-Z.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales/account management experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships.
