Job Details

Needed Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a general field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales or account management experience in the cabinetry industry
  • Proven record of closing large B2B contracts with an existing book of business
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Oracle NetSuite
  • Strong pipeline management and territory growth skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 20%


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies for distributors, general contractors, and real estate companies within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge
  • Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite to manage pipeline and track performance metrics
  • Attend and support store-sponsored cabinetry-focused events
  • Maintain and update in-store displays and marketing materials
  • Submit detailed territory reports on sales activities, market trends, and opportunities
  • Align sales activities with company policies, culture, and expectations
