1. Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondences related to medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
2. Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to support case preparation.
3. Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
4. Draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda.
5. Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts.

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury.
2. A Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program.
3. Strong knowledge of legal research databases and legal bibliographies.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
