Job Details

  • The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for benefit administration to Company employees by ensuring they have a thorough understanding of benefit programs.
  • Respond to benefit inquiries, process enrollments and terminations in a timely manner. Administers leave requests; working with employee, managers and human resources to resolve basic leave related concerns.
  • Administer employee benefits including, but not limited to, benefit enrollment and communication, change reporting, invoice accuracy and distribution of mandatory plan notices and documents.
  • Manage multi-state benefits administration
  • Leads annual open enrollment
  • Maintains benefits portals
  • Maintains and updates LifeLock site with employee benefit selections and/or changes.
  • Uploads FSA, HSA bi-weekly employee deductions to carrier site (every other Friday).
  • Generates ADP enrollment reports to audit carrier invoices for accuracy.
  • Audits and updates department information on monthly invoices
  • Handles reporting of termed employee information for COBRA coverage.
  • Generate new hire letters and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed by employees in a timely manner. Frequent communication with managers and HR regarding status of documents.
  • Assist with administration of employee health benefits and 401k enrollments, payment submissions, changes, and terminations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in benefits administration
  • Experience with multi-state benefits administration (preferred)
  • Healthcare experience (preferred)
  • ADP software experience is preferred
