Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PCS Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HNW, pass-throughs, and tax return review. As a PCS Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax planning advice and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Review and prepare complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
  • Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HNW, pass-throughs, and tax return review.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • CPA or EA certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software.
