Job Details
Leading Hospital seeking a skilled and experienced Locums Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This is a challenging and rewarding position.
Shifts range from 8 - 24 hours depending on the setting.

- Medical Subspecialty Support on Peds General Floor - this is a seasonal need when census spikes in colder months - usually sept - feb
- PICU Hospitalist
- Hem/Onc Unit
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other hospital programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Pediatrics
- MD or DO
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
