We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Permanent Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients in a variety of settings. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care possible. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Details:

• Day and Night shifts available
• MedSurg/Oncology/Cardiovascular/Radiology
• 3x12s, 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• Patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess and diagnose patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
