Personal Injury Attorney

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have suffered physical or emotional harm due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of personal injury law, and a passion for helping people seek justice.

1. Conducting initial case evaluations to determine the validity of personal injury claims.
2. Developing and implementing case strategies in collaboration with legal team members.
3. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments on their behalf.
4. Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
5. Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties.

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on litigation.
4. Proven experience in personal injury litigation, demonstrating a successful track record of handling personal injury cases from inception through trial.
5. Strong knowledge of personal injury protection laws and regulations.
