We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of cases, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting written discovery and depositions to gather evidence and build strong cases for our clients.
• Representing clients in court appearances and other legal proceedings, including mediations and arbitrations.
• Litigating personal injury cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of our clients.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located.
• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, litigation, and court appearances.
