We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for a seasoned professional who has a passion for the law and a proven track record in personal injury litigation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases, providing high-quality legal services to our clients who have suffered personal injuries. Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, your primary duties will include:
1. Managing a heavy and complex caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
4. Interacting with clients regularly, providing updates and advice regarding their cases.
5. Negotiating with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
6. Collaborating with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
7. Staying updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.
8. Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and adhering to all ethical standards of the legal profession.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Personal Injury Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
4. Demonstrated track record of success in personal injury cases, including significant trial experience.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
6. Strong legal research and writing skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
8. High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage a heavy and complex caseload effectively.
9. Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and upholding the ethical standards of the legal profession.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
