Our dynamic law firm is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be working on high-profile cases, handling complex legal issues, and providing a vital link between attorneys, clients, and the courts.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and mediation. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Drafting and reviewing legal documents and pleadings related to personal injury cases.
2. Conducting legal research to support case preparation and ensure the accuracy of all documents.
3. Coordinating and managing the calendar for all case-related deadlines, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
4. Assisting with depositions, including preparing witnesses and managing transcripts.
5. Managing e-filing of court documents and ensuring their timely submission.
6. Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, providing updates and information as needed.
7. Preparing materials for wrongful death and car accident cases, among other personal injury cases.
8. Assisting with the preparation of case settlements and negotiations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal position must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.
2. Proficient in legal writing, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents and pleadings.
3. Experience in handling wrongful death and car accident cases.
4. Strong legal research skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently find relevant legal precedents and regulations.
5. Experience in preparing and managing depositions and hearings.
6. Familiarity with e-filing systems and procedures.
7. Proficient in calendaring and managing case-related deadlines.
8. Knowledge of mediation processes and strategies.
9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
