As a Permanent Personal Injury Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have suffered personal injuries as a result of negligence, wrongful death, car accidents, and other related scenarios. You will play a pivotal role in our dynamic legal team, providing legal advice and representation to our clients, and ensuring their rights are protected at all stages of the litigation process. This role requires a deep understanding of personal injury law, excellent legal writing and research skills, and a strong ability to present compelling cases in court.

Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
2. Conduct legal research and gather evidence for lawsuits, ensuring all relevant facts are considered in legal proceedings.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
4. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
5. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes, aiming for the most advantageous outcome for the client.
6. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
7. Confer with colleagues with specialties in appropriate areas of legal issue to establish and verify bases for legal proceedings.
8. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
9. Act as agent, trustee, guardian, or executor for businesses or individuals.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
3. Proven experience as a trial attorney, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
4. Proficient in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
5. Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage laws and regulations.
6. Experience in handling wrongful death and car accident cases is highly desirable.
7. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve beneficial outcomes for clients.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
9. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
10. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information and make sound decisions.
11. Demonstrated experience in conducting hearings, trials, and depositions.
12. Must be highly ethical, ensuring all actions are in line with legal standards and company policies.
