Job Details
A leading orthopedic healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join its growing outpatient team. In this role, you will work closely with top orthopedic specialists to evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery from musculoskeletal conditions and surgeries. This position offers the opportunity to grow clinically, contribute to a collaborative care model, and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician recommendations
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on orthopedic care
- Educate patients and families on treatment progress, at-home exercises, and long-term wellness strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants and Technicians
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to team education and serve as a clinical resource to peers
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT also accepted)
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
