Job Details:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch physical therapy services to our patients, helping them recover and improve their physical abilities. This role requires a deep understanding of sports medicine, orthopedics, and rehabilitation and a passion for improving the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
2. Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
3. Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and comfort.
4. Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients’ progress.
5. Record and document patient care services.
6. Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve patient care goals.
7. Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms.
8. Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop a treatment plan.
9. Teach patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
10. Provide stimulation or massage to promote healing.
11. Assist patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.
12. Maintain patient records and keep track of goals and progress.
13. Advise patients and their families about in-home treatment options and exercises.
14. Continually learn and stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

1. NEW GRADS WELCOME!!
2. Intimate knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and expertise in sports medicine, orthopedic, and rehabilitation therapy.
3. Experience in pelvic floor, vestibular, TMD, and neuro therapy.
4. Excellent knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunctions.
5. Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
6. Current knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.
7. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
8. Valid license to practice physical therapy.
9. Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy.
10. Strong desire to help and improve the lives of others.
