2. Administer hands-on therapy to patients, focusing on pain relief, promoting healing, restoring function and movement, and preventing disability.
3. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their specific conditions and needs.
4. Use specialized equipment and techniques to assist patients in their physical therapy exercises.
5. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
6. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and coordinate patient care.
7. Provide education to patients and their families about the treatment process, potential outcomes, and home exercises.
8. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and treatments to ensure the highest standard of care.
9. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations, maintaining respect for patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Current state licensure or certification to practice physical therapy.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
4. Specialized knowledge and experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and balance.
5. Proven experience in managing a diverse range of conditions, including back, neck, shoulder, hand, elbow, hip, knee, and balance issues.
6. Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical information to patients and their families.
7. Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatments.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently.
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
10. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform various patient care procedures.
