• Competitive Base Salary $85K-$110K, Depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• New Jersey or Connecticut Physical Therapist License (based on location)
• 1 to 12 years of experience in an outpatient setting (New Grads Apply)
• Excellent Communication Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately evaluate and diagnose patients, both physician referrals and direct access
• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
• Establish dialogue with our referring providers to facilitate seamless transition of care
• Maintain communication with other service providers (Chiropractors/Acupuncturists/Occupational Therapists) to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists
• Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs
