Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Production or Plant Manager to oversee operations at our 25,000 square foot facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven background managing manufacturing or production environments. Experience in signage is a plus but not required.
This leadership role involves managing a team of 8 to 10 employees and overseeing all aspects of the facility, including production scheduling, inventory control, employee training, safety compliance, shipping and receiving, and materials procurement.

- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Oversee inventory management and material ordering to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop staff while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing a manufacturing or production facility
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee multiple priorities and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with production processes, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
