Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Production or Plant Manager to oversee operations at our 25,000 square foot facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven background managing manufacturing or production environments. Experience in signage is a plus but not required.

This leadership role involves managing a team of 8 to 10 employees and overseeing all aspects of the facility, including production scheduling, inventory control, employee training, safety compliance, shipping and receiving, and materials procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Oversee inventory management and material ordering to ensure smooth operations
  • Train and develop staff while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

  • Significant experience managing a manufacturing or production facility
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple priorities and manage a team effectively
  • Familiarity with production processes, inventory control, and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
