Responsibilities:
What you need for this position:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, inventory, quality control, and logistics.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing, assembly, and delivery of products.
- Analyze project plans, construction drawings, and material specifications to optimize workflow, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to address scheduling, maintenance, and construction-related concerns.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs to ensure plant equipment and facilities remain in peak operational condition.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
What you need for this position:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant management role.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage production, inventory, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings, material specifications, and project schedules.
- Experience managing teams, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex logistics.
- Familiarity with ISO procedures and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
