The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing PLC programs in order to drive efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes. This role is integral to our operations, and we are looking for a candidate who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing PLC programs in order to drive efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes. This role is integral to our operations, and we are looking for a candidate who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PLC programs to control system operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into PLC code.
- Debug and optimize PLC programs to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including software revisions, changes and backups.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLC systems, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure that our manufacturing processes remain competitive.
- Assist in the training of maintenance and technical staff to ensure proper system operation and maintenance.
- Participate in the design and execution of system testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with Siemens PLC, Control Systems Design, and Stamping.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Proficient in the use of PLC programming tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
