We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Licensed Journey Plumber to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a licensed journeyman plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects. • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in accordance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

• Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances, including sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Determine appropriate materials and equipment required for each project and ensure their availability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced plumbers, ensuring their adherence to quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid plumbing license and be a licensed journeyman plumber.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in plumbing.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
