We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Plumbing Project Manager to join our construction team. As the Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all plumbing-related tasks on construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed correctly and functioning properly. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plumbing-related tasks on construction projects
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all plumbing systems are installed correctly and functioning properly
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure that all plumbing systems meet local and national plumbing codes and regulations
• Review and approve all plumbing-related construction drawings and specifications
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the construction team and clients
• Conduct site visits to ensure that all plumbing systems are installed correctly and functioning properly
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that plumbing systems are designed to meet the project requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, plumbing, and construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
